Tour Leader Discount
For a group booking of a minimum of 15 paying participants, we will offer one complimentary spot (16th person) as the tour leader.
Booking and Confirming the Tour
Tour bookings are accepted until 45 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu. Unless other prior arrangements have been made, bookings are confirmed only after receiving a scanned copy of passport along with a non-refundable deposit of INR 15,000.00 per person for Indian nationals and USD 200.00 per person for foreign nationals/NRI.
Payment, Refund, and Non-Refund Policy
Unless other prior arrangements have been made, the balance of the total tour cost must be paid at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu from India or abroad. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the initial deposit payment (INR 15,000 / USD 200) will be forfeited.
However, if the tour is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, the deposited amount used to confirm the booking will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Policy
Notification for cancellation must be made by email. Verbal notice will not be accepted.

After the commencement of the tour, if any participant cancels the trip due to sickness or any other reason, there will be no refund. The unused portion of services cannot be adjusted against future travel or any other arrangements.
Additional Information
A detailed list of equipment, medicines, and information on altitude sickness, physical fitness, and other important travel tips will be provided after receiving the scanned passport copy and the initial payment of INR 15,000 / USD 200 per person.Advance payment to confirm the booking can be made to our bank account in Kathmandu or India. Bank details will be provided upon request.
