Where can we find your staff after we arrive?

Host is not allowed to enter the arrival lounge as per the regulation of the government. As such, you are requested to come out of arrival lounge of the airport, look across the road for our Tour Officer holding placard displaying your name.

If we failed to locate your representative, what should we do?

In such case, you ask the hotel representatives to guide you to meet our staff. We will also be providing Tour Officer’s mobile number.

How far is car parking place?

It is within 1 minute walking distance.

Who carries our luggage?

Since we can meet you only outside arrival lounge, you have to carry your luggage in the trolleys (provided free of cost) and handover the same to the Tour Officer.

What type of vehicle is provided and who accompanies us to hotel?

Vehicle is provided as per your request made while booking the tour. We have vehicles of different seating capacities, cars, jeeps, vans and coaches. Our Tour Officer will accompany you up-to the hotel.

Who does check-in formalities at the hotel?

Check-in has to be done by guests themselves. However, our Tour Officer will assist you for this.

Whom should we talk about our tours, trekking etc?

You may talk to the same Tour Officer who met you at the airport for your arrangements made in Nepal.

Whom should we contact during our stay?

Our Tour Officer will constantly stay in touch with you during their stay in Nepal. He can be reached on his mobile any time you need. However, you are welcome to contact senior staff in our office if you want.

How is phone/fax/e-mail facility in Nepal?

These facilities are easily available in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan and major cities. Mobile network is also good. We recommend you buy a local SIM card at the airport upon your arrival or elsewhere.
