For those pressed for time and yet wanting to absorb the culture of both the regions, this is an ideal trek, that starts from the north of Kathmandu valley. Inhabitants of Helambu are ethnic group of Sherpas who are quite different form the Sherpas of the Solu Khumbu region. Another plus point of this trip is that the trails are never overcrowded even during the peak season.

Day 01 : Arrive Kathmandu, rest of the day at leisure
Day 02 : Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu and Patan city
Day 03 : Drive Kathmandu to Sundarijal. Start trek to Chisapani.
Day 04 : Trek to Kutumsang.
Day 05 : Trek to Thare Pati.
Day 06 : Trek to Tarke Gyang.
Day 07 : Trek to Sermathang.
Day 08 : End trek at Melamchi and drive to Kathmandu.
Day 09 : Free day for individual activities
Day 10 : Transfer to the airport for the final departure
